Wendy Thompson
CHRP, CPCC

As an individual who once lost her voice…..and no not from laryngitis, Wendy now works with teams and leaders to help them find their voice and sometimes…..it is not always the popular voice.

Wendy is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained through the Coaches Training Institute for individual coaching and the Centre for Right Relationship for Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.  Wendy has obtained her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation through the University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College.  Her more than 19 years of experience has enabled her to develop her skills in leadership development, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, recruitment strategies, succession planning and training. She is also well versed in the development of human resource policy. As a senior member of a management team, she was instrumental in implementing a leadership development program and a recruitment and retention program to attract and retain key employees.

Her extensive experience spans a broad range of sectors including business, health care, higher education, high tech, not for profit and social service organizations. Wendy specializes in coaching high potential, emerging leaders in all sectors.

Wendy believes in the importance of actively contributing to her community, volunteering at both the grassroots and board levels. She is past Vice Chair on the Board for Hope's Garden and has also served as a member of the recruitment steering committee for Community Living London.  Annually she is part of the selection process for medical students at the University of Western Ontario. She has also served meals as part of an "out of the cold" program for the homeless as well as facilitated the economics of Junior Achievement's "Staying in School" program.  As an alumnus of Fanshawe College she now instructs various leadership courses.

Tina Chappell
CPCC

Tina Chappell is a Certified Professional Coach and champion of change. As an entertaining speaker and trainer, she specializes in working with teams and individuals to help them get out of their own way and create positive, empowering, productive, and respectful work environments.

Tina’s first passion and career was as a Stage Manager in the theatre industry.  When she grew tired of the nomadic nature of the theatre business, she decided to move closer to family and look for “steadier” employment.  After additional training, Tina joined Canada Trust, a stable company with regular hours and she steadily moved her way up the ranks.  But then the unthinkable happened – Canada Trust was sold to TD Bank; and so began a five year roller coaster of mergers and acquisitions.

Tina was grateful she continued to maintain employment when so many others had lost theirs, but she was now on an accidental career path. It was time to take control of where her career was heading.  After completing an intense coaching course and certification program, Tina opened her coaching business, which integrates her life’s experiences.

Tina has the ability to step back from it all and see the whole stage.  She sees that leaders want the best for their teams and that team members want to contribute and be part of something bigger than themselves.  She understands the challenges people and organizations face as they embark on change.  She’s lived it!

Tina is described as passionate and theatrical when she works with teams to create an environment where everyone gets a voice, and everyone gets to be right…at least partially.
